Texas High School Volleyball - Westlake Academy edged by Trinity Christian

The Trinity Christian Eagles held off the visiting Westlake Academy Blacksmiths volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Eagles now have a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southwest Christian School for a non-league test on Saturday, August 20. Trinity Christian will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Dallas Christian (Mesquite, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 4-1.
The Blacksmiths (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Temple Christian (Fort Worth, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Temple Christian was nudged by Burton Adventist Academy (Arlington, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
