In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Miller Rebels volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Buena Park Coyotes.
The Rebels (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Eisenhower (Rialto, CA). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Eisenhower was nudged by Redlands East Valley (Redlands, CA), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Coyotes meet the Jordan Panthers (Long Beach, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 21. Buena Park will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
