The Eastside Lions volleyball squad (Lancaster, CA), was defeated 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Golden Valley Grizzlies (Santa Clarita, CA)

With the win, Golden Valley improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Grizzlies travel to Saugus (Saugus, CA) to battle the Centurions in a match on Thursday, September 12. The Centurions enter the match with a record of 0-1.
