The Monroe Golden Tornadoes softball squad (Albany, GA), was routed 14-0 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the visiting Crisp County Cougars (Cordele, GA)
With the triumph, Crisp County improves its record to 1-4 on the year. The Cougars host Sumter County (Americus, GA) to face the Panthers in a non-league contest on Thursday, August 22. The Panthers enter the contest with a record of 4-1. Sumter County lost 16-4 in their recent league contest against Shaw (Columbus, GA)
