The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Sterling Tigers (Sterling, OK) and the visiting Geronimo Blue Jays (Geronimo, OK), observed Sterling's softball team notch a victory over Geronimo by a final score of 8-0.

The Tigers (5-2) will now prepare for their bout against Weleetka (Weleetka, OK). The Outlaws go into the Class A bout with a 7-2 record. In their last bout, Weleetka was routed by Mason (Mason, OK), 7-6, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Blue Jays battle the Frederick Bombers (Frederick, OK) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, August 22. Geronimo will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Bombers go into the bout with a 0-8 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Comanche (Comanche, OK).
