Bay Springs Bulldogs (Bay Springs, MS) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Laurel Golden Tornadoes (Laurel, MS), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Bay Springs improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Stringer (Stringer, MS) to encounter the Red Devils in a Class 1A Region 7 test on Thursday, August 22. The Red Devils go into the test with a record of 7-4. Stringer won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against South Jones (Ellisville, MS)

The Golden Tornadoes now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Richton for a non-league test on Monday, August 26. Laurel will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Wayne County (Waynesboro, MS). The Rebels record now stands at 3-1.
