In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Northeast Raiders volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Dublin Fighting Irish.
The Raiders (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Central (Talbotton, GA). The Hawks enter the 1A Area 2 challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Central got by Chattahoochee County (Cusseta, GA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Fighting Irish meet the Putnam County War Eagles (Eatonton, GA) in a 1A Area 2 challenge, on Tuesday, August 27. Dublin will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
