Upland Highlanders/Scots (Upland, CA) fans went home in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their flag football team triumph over the visiting Hillcrest Trojans (Riverside, CA), 49-0 in a non-league battle.

With the triumph, Upland upgrades its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Highlanders/Scots travel to Bonita (La Verne, CA) to meet the Bearcats in a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. The Bearcats come into the test with a record of 5-1. Bonita won 40-6 in their recent non-league test against St. Lucy's (Glendora, CA)

With the defeat, Hillcrest drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Trojans host Vista del Lago (Moreno Valley, CA) to play the Ravens in a non-league challenge on Monday, August 25. The Ravens go into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Vista del Lago won 31-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Norte Vista (Riverside, CA)
