Coronado Cougars (Henderson, NV) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball team run past the host Somerset Sky Pointe Eagles (Las Vegas, NV), 2-0 in a non-league outing.

The Cougars now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Faith Lutheran for a non-league outing on Wednesday, August 27. Coronado will play a Crusaders team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Durango (Las Vegas, NV). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Somerset Sky Pointe drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Centennial (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 1-1.
