Utah High School Volleyball - Kanab trounced by Hurricane

The Hurricane Tigers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Kanab Cowboys to 0 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Tigers now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Snow Canyon for a 4A Region 9 outing on Tuesday, August 26. Hurricane will play a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Orem (Orem, UT). The Warriors record now stands at 5-2.

With the loss, Kanab drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Cowboys host San Juan (Blanding, UT) to play the Broncos in a 2A Region 18 game on Friday, August 22. The Broncos go into the game with a record of 5-1. San Juan won 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM)
