In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Reed City Coyotes volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Ludington Orioles.
The Coyotes (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Bear Lake (Bear Lake, MI). The Lakers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Bear Lake beat Brethren (Brethren, MI), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Orioles meet the Coopersville Broncos (Coopersville, MI) in a non-league test, on Friday, August 22. Ludington will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Broncos go into the test with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Portland (Portland, MI).
