The Wolves (7-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Anderson (Austin, TX). The Trojans enter the non-league challenge with a 10-2 record. In their last challenge, Anderson defeated Odem (Odem, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Sandcrabs meet the Calallen Wildcats (Corpus Christi, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 24. Calhoun will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 10-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial (Corpus Christi, TX).
