The West Iredell Warriors volleyball team (Statesville, NC), was dropped 2-0 in Monday's non-league challenge with the visiting Alexander Central Cougars (Taylorsville, NC)

The Cougars (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Draughn (Valdese, NC). The Wildcats enter the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Draughn was dropped by Ashe County (West Jefferson, NC), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors encounter the Hibriten Panthers (Lenoir, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 23. West Iredell will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record.
