The West Greene Buffaloes held off the host Cherokee Chiefs volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Monday's non-league test.

The Buffaloes now have a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hancock County for a A District 1 test on Tuesday, August 22.

The Chiefs (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Claiborne (New Tazewell, TN). The Bulldogs enter the AA District 2 test with a 0-1 record.
