The Miami Valley Christian Academy Lions prevailed the host Fayetteville-Perry Rockets volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Monday's non-league test.
The Lions now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clark Montessori for a Miami Valley Conference - Gray test on Tuesday, August 22.
The Rockets (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Whiteoak (Mowrystown, OH). The Wildcats enter the Southern Hills test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Whiteoak gained a win over Felicity-Franklin (Felicity, OH), 3-1, in a non-league test.
