With the win, East Lincoln advances its record to 2-2 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Bandys (Catawba, NC) to face the Trojans in a non-league test on Thursday, August 22. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 3-2. Bandys lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC)

The Red Raiders now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Highland Tech for a non-league test on Monday, August 26. South Point will face a Rams squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Burns (Lawndale, NC). The Rams record now stands at 5-1.
