With the win, Wakefield improves its record to 5-0 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Panther Creek (Cary, NC) to face the Catamounts in a non-league test on Thursday, August 22. The Catamounts go into the test with a record of 1-0. Panther Creek won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC)

The Spartans now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Millbrook for a non-league test on Monday, August 26.
