Botkins Trojans (Botkins, OH) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting St. John's Bluejays (Delphos, OH), 7-0 in a league bout.
The Trojans now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Columbus Grove for a non-league game on Thursday, August 28.
The Bluejays (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Coldwater (Coldwater, OH). The Cavaliers come into the Western Ohio game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Coldwater edged Kalida (Kalida, OH), 3-1, in a non-league game.
