The Wickliffe Blue Devils nipped the host North Rangers soccer squad by a margin of 3-2 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Blue Devils now hold a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Chardon for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 26. Wickliffe will play a Hilltoppers squad coming off a 7-1 non-league loss to West Geauga (Chesterland, OH). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, North moves to 0-1 on the year. The Rangers travel to Laurel (Shaker Heights, OH) to play the Gators in a non-league bout on Monday, August 25. The Gators go into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Laurel lost 7-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Beaumont School (Cleveland Heights, OH)
