Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Providence Hall Patriots (Herriman, UT) and the visiting South Sevier Rams (Monroe, UT), saw Providence Hall's soccer squad knock off South Sevier by a count of 2-0.

The Patriots (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Richfield (Richfield, UT). The Wildcats come into the 3A Region 14 match with a 6-1 record.

The Rams now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Beaver for a 2A Region 18 match on Tuesday, August 26. South Sevier will meet a Beavers team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Delta (Delta, UT). The Beavers record now stands at 1-3.
