In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Roosevelt Mustangs volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Ontario Christian Knights.

With the win, Roosevelt improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Mustangs host Santiago (Corona, CA) to face the Sharks in a test on Wednesday, September 10. The Sharks go into the test with a record of 5-1.

The Knights now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Murrieta Valley for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. Ontario Christian will meet a Nighthawks team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Santiago (Corona, CA). The Nighthawks record now stands at 0-1.
