In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Bloomington South Panthers soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 win over the Center Grove Trojans.
The Panthers (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Seymour (Seymour, IN). The Owls enter the non-league outing with a 0-0 record.
Next up, the Trojans confront the St. Xavier Tigers (Louisville, KY) in a non-league test, on Friday, August 22. Center Grove will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 5-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Covington Catholic (Park Hills, KY).
