The Okemah Panthers triumphed over the host Memorial Chargers softball squad by a count of 12-0 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Panthers now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Meeker for a 2A battle on Thursday, August 21. Okemah will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 13-1 non-league win over Dewar (Dewar, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-5.

With the loss, Memorial moves to 0-1 on the season. The Chargers travel to Southeast (Oklahoma City, OK) to confront the Spartans in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 4. The Spartans come into the battle with a record of 2-3.
