California High School Volleyball - Barstow Burroughs

Burroughs Burros (Ridgecrest, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Barstow Aztecs (Barstow, CA), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Burroughs improves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Burros travel to Temecula Valley (Temecula, CA) to encounter the Golden Bears in a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. The Golden Bears go into the test with a record of 3-0. Temecula Valley won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Beaumont (Beaumont, CA)

The Aztecs now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Academy for Academic Excellence for a non-league test on Monday, August 25. Barstow will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over California School for the Deaf-Riverside (Riverside, CA). The Knights record now stands at 5-0.
