The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Hardy Memorial (South Pittsburg, TN). The Hawks come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Hardy Memorial was nudged by Bledsoe County (Pikeville, TN), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Ooltewah Owls (Ooltewah, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 27. Hixson will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Owls come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 3-1 league loss to Soddy Daisy (Soddy Daisy, TN).
