Indiana High School Volleyball - Crothersville tips Christian Academy of Madison

August 21, 2025: Crothersville, IN 47229

Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Crothersville Tigers (Crothersville, IN) and the visiting Christian Academy of Madison Defenders (Madison, IN), observed Crothersville's volleyball team hold off Christian Academy of Madison by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Crothersville improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Tigers travel to Borden (Borden, IN) to meet the Braves in a Southern challenge on Friday, August 22. The Braves come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Borden lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Bedford North Lawrence (Bedford, IN)

In their next game, the Defenders face the Lighthouse Christian Academy Lions (Bloomington, IN) in a Southern Roads test, on Saturday, August 23. Christian Academy of Madison will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 1-1 record after their 3-1 league win over Pleasant View Christian (Montgomery, IN).
