Ohio High School Volleyball - Gorham Fayette bounced by Continental

Continental Pirates (Continental, OH) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the host Gorham Fayette Eagles (Fayette, OH), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Pirates (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincolnview (Van Wert, OH). The Lancers enter the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Lincolnview beat Antwerp (Antwerp, OH), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles face the Pettisville Blackbirds (Pettisville, OH) in a non-league test, on Monday, August 25. Gorham Fayette will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Blackbirds go into the test with a 1-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Paulding (Paulding, OH).
