The Covina Colts (Covina, CA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Diamond Ranch Panthers (Pomona, CA), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league contest.
The Colts (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bassett (La Puente, CA). The Olympians enter the non-league contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Bassett notched a victory over Garey (Pomona, CA), 3-1, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Panthers battle the Ganesha Giants (Pomona, CA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, August 27. Diamond Ranch will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Giants go into the battle with a 2-3 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Chaffey (Ontario, CA).
