The Shawnee Golden Eagles volleyball team (Louisville, KY), was knocked off 3-0 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host DuPont Manual Crimsons (Louisville, KY)

The Crimsons (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Providence (Clarksville, IN). The Pioneers enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Providence was knocked off by Warsaw (Warsaw, IN), 3-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Golden Eagles encounter the Western Warriors (Louisville, KY) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, August 23. Shawnee will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Warriors go into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Valley (Louisville, KY).
