Pompano Beach Golden Tornadoes (Pompano Beach, FL) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Flanagan Falcons (Pembroke Pines, FL), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Pompano Beach improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Golden Tornadoes host Coral Springs Charter (Coral Springs, FL) to meet the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Monday, August 25. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 1-1. Next, the Falcons meet the Nova Titans (Davie, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 26. Flanagan will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Titans enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Piper (Sunrise, FL).
