In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host George Rogers Clark Cardinals volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Fleming County Panthers.

The Cardinals (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Mason County (Maysville, KY). The Royals come into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Mason County gained a win over St. Patrick (Maysville, KY), 3-1, in a league test.

The Panthers now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lewis County for a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. Fleming County will face a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Nicholas County (Carlisle, KY). The Lions record now stands at 0-3.
