The Midland Legacy Rebels volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Fossil Ridge Panthers to 0 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Rebels now have a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Mansfield Summit for a non-league outing on Friday, August 22. Midland Legacy will play a Jaguars team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Brennan (San Antonio, TX). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-7.
The Panthers (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Wylie (Abilene, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 8-3 record. In their last game, Wylie was dropped by Brennan (San Antonio, TX), 2-1, in a non-league game.
