The Heights Bulldogs edged the host Texas City Stingarees volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next up, the Bulldogs face the MacArthur Generals (Houston, TX) in a non-league game, on Thursday, August 21. Heights will attempt to advance on its 7-3 season record. The Generals go into the game with a 1-8 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Northbrook (Houston, TX).
The Stingarees (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Spring Woods (Houston, TX). The Tigers come into the non-league outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Spring Woods edged Aldine (Houston, TX), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
