With the win, Howardsville Christian improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Eagles host Covert (Covert, MI) to encounter the Bulldogs in a Red Arrow battle on Thursday, August 21. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Tigers now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Our Lady of the Lake Catholic for a non-league battle on Monday, August 25. Lawrence will meet a Lakers team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Saugatuck (Saugatuck, MI). The Lakers record now stands at 2-4.
