Ponder Lions (Ponder, TX) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lindsay Knights (Lindsay, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Ponder advances its record to 9-5 on the season. The Lions host Alvarado (Alvarado, TX) to face the Indians in a non-league test on Thursday, August 21. The Indians go into the test with a record of 5-4. Alvarado lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Benbrook (Benbrook, TX)

The Knights now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West for a non-league test on Thursday, August 21. Lindsay will face a Trojans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Connally (Waco, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 7-4.
