Texas High School Volleyball - Wakeland can't hold off McKinney

In Thursday's non-league match, the McKinney Lions (McKinney, TX) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Wakeland Wolverines (Frisco, TX), by a count of 2-1.

Coming up next, the Lions clash with the Vista Ridge Rangers (Cedar Park, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, August 21. McKinney will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Rangers come into the bout with a 9-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Hutto (Hutto, TX).

With the loss, Wakeland drops to 6-3 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Hebron (Carrollton, TX) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 21. The Hawks come into the contest with a record of 3-3. Hebron lost 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Lovejoy (Lucas, TX)
