The Roseland Collegiate Prep Grizzlies volleyball squad (Santa Rosa, CA), was edged 3-2 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Tomales Braves (Tomales, CA)

With the win, Tomales improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Braves host Potter Valley (Potter Valley, CA) to encounter the Bearcats in a North Central III battle on Tuesday, August 26. The Bearcats go into the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Grizzlies now own a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Point Arena for a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 2.
