Georgia High School Volleyball - Toombs County Savannah Christian

The Savannah Christian Raiders prevailed the host Toombs County Bulldogs volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Raiders now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Bluffton for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 28. Savannah Christian will clash with a Bobcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Hilton Head Christian Academy (Hilton Head Island, SC). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, Toombs County drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Woodville-Tompkins (Savannah, GA) to confront the Wolverines in a 1A Area 3 match on Tuesday, August 26. The Wolverines enter the match with a record of 3-0. Woodville-Tompkins won 3-0 in their recent league match against Savannah (Savannah, GA)
