Tell City Marksmen (Tell City, IN) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Southridge Raiders (Huntingburg, IN), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, Tell City improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Marksmen travel to Gibson Southern (Fort Branch, IN) to face the Titans in a Pocket test on Thursday, August 28. The Titans go into the test with a record of 0-1.

The Raiders now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Evansville Reitz for a non-league test on Saturday, August 23. Southridge will face a Panthers squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Jasper (Jasper, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.
