Arkansas High School Volleyball - St. Benedict at Auburndale edged by West Memphis Christian

The St. Benedict at Auburndale Eagles volleyball squad (Cordova, TN), was edged 3-2 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host West Memphis Christian Black Knights (West Memphis, AR)

With the win, West Memphis Christian improves its record to 8-1 on the season. The Black Knights host Winston Academy (Louisville, MS) to encounter the Patriots in a MAIS battle on Saturday, August 23. The Patriots go into the battle with a record of 10-6. Winston Academy lost 3-1 in their recent league battle against Regents (Oxford, MS)

The Eagles now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lawrence County for a non-league battle on Friday, August 22. St. Benedict at Auburndale will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Franklin County (Winchester, TN). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-0.
