The Wakeland Wolverines topped the host Vista Ridge Rangers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Wolverines confront the McKinney Lions (McKinney, TX) in a non-league game, on Thursday, August 21. Wakeland will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Lions come into the outing with a 6-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Rock Hill (Frisco, TX).
