North Carolina High School Volleyball - Holmes over Columbia

August 22, 2022: Columbia, NC 27925

The Holmes Aces (Edenton, NC) volleyball overcame the host Columbia Wildcats (Columbia, NC), 2-0 in Monday's non-league outing.

With the win, Holmes upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Aces travel to Riverside-Martin (Williamston, NC) to face the Knights in a non-league outing on Tuesday, August 23. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 0-1.

The Wildcats now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Northeast Academy for a non-league battle on Wednesday, August 24. Columbia will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Community Christian (Wilson, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
