The Minor Tigers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Center Point Eagles to 0 in the Tigers non-league victory on Monday.
The Tigers now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carver Birmingham for a non-league game on Tuesday, August 23. Minor will meet a Rams team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to American Christian Academy (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Rams record now stands at 0-1.
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Fairfield (Fairfield, AL). The Tigers enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Fairfield was dropped by Shades Valley (Birmingham, AL), 3-0, in a non-league game.
