In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Pearland Oilers volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Friendswood Mustangs.
The Oilers (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Clear Falls (League City, TX). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.
Next, the Mustangs encounter the Foster Falcons (Richmond, TX) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 5. Friendswood will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
