The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Mascoutah Indians (Mascoutah, IL) and the host Belleville West Maroons (Belleville, IL), saw Mascoutah's volleyball squad beat Belleville West by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Mascoutah upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Indians travel to Lutheran (St. Peters, MO) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Monday, August 28. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
The Maroons now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to East St. Louis for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 31.
