The Cocoa Beach Minutemen volleyball team (Cocoa Beach, FL), was dropped 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Merritt Island Christian Cougars (Merritt Island, FL)

The Cougars (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Pineapple Cove Classical Academy (Palm Bay, FL). The Patriots enter the challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Pineapple Cove Classical Academy defeated Odyssey Charter School (Palm Bay, FL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Minutemen meet the Eau Gallie Commodores (Melbourne, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, August 24. Cocoa Beach will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
