The Wynnewood Savages routed the host Clinton Red Tornadoes softball squad by a final score of 9-1 in Tuesday's non-league battle.
The Savages (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against Canute (Canute, OK). The Trojans go into the non-league battle with a 5-6 record.
The Red Tornadoes now possess a 1-9 record. They play next when they travel to Bethany for a 4A District 2 battle on Thursday, August 24. Clinton will confront a Bronchos squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Perkins-Tryon (Perkins, OK). The Bronchos record now stands at 9-8.
