The Pirates now have a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Banquete for a non-league game on Thursday, August 24. Rockport-Fulton will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Skidmore-Tynan (Skidmore, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-4.

The Coyotes (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Laredo LBJ (Laredo, TX). The Wolves enter the non-league game with a 12-3 record. In their last game, Laredo LBJ gained a win over Cigarroa (Laredo, TX), 3-0, in a non-league game.
