Texas High School Volleyball - North Shore tips Alief Hastings

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the North Shore Mustangs (Houston, TX) volleyball squad nudged the visiting Alief Hastings Bears (Houston, TX), by a margin of 3-2.

Next up, the Mustangs face the Port Neches-Groves Indians (Port Neches, TX) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, August 24. North Shore will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Indians go into the contest with a 13-3 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Little Cypress-Mauriceville (Orange, TX).

With the loss, Alief Hastings moves to 7-9 on the year. The Bears travel to Ball (Galveston, TX) to face the Tornadoes in a non-league contest on Thursday, August 24. The Tornadoes go into the contest with a record of 9-7. Ball won 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Fort Bend Hightower (Missouri City, TX)
