North Carolina High School Volleyball - South Stanly over Anson

South Stanly Rowdy Rebel Bulls (Norwood, NC) backers left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Anson Bearcats (Wadesboro, NC), 3-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Rowdy Rebel Bulls battle the Piedmont Panthers (Monroe, NC) in a non-league match, on Thursday, August 24. South Stanly will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Panthers come into the match with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Union Academy (Monroe, NC).

With the loss, Anson drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Chesterfield (Chesterfield, SC) to battle the Golden Rams in a non-league match on Thursday, August 24. The Golden Rams come into the match with a record of 0-1. Chesterfield lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Hartsville (Hartsville, SC)
